ABOUT SCHOOL
The private school “Premier” was founded in 1991. We are authorised to
provide nursery, primary and secondary education and authorized to offer
PYP, MYP and DP of IBO.
The school is situated in the south of Moscow. The nursery and primary
school are near Krasnogvardeiskaya metro station, the secondary school is
near Domodedovskaya metro station.
In the 1998/99 academic year the school was #1 on the rating
scale among the best 100 state and private school.
School mission
The school provides well-structured learning environment and
a caring atmosphere within which each student may fulfill his or her
potential as an individual and acquire the widest possible range
of skills for the future.
Structure of education
4 stages of education:
nursery school (3 to 6 years old)
primary school (6/7 to 10/11 years old)
secondary school (10/11 to 15/16 years old)
senior school (15/16 to 17/18 years old)
The National Curriculum is followed and personalized with flexible time-
tables to meet the needs and interests of each child.
Pre-university course
The school has partnership links with Moscow State University and Higher
School of Economics.
School provides:
- a wide range of supplementary education;
- psychological and educational guidance of a child: identification
of a child’s special needs, personal remedial programme,
psychological support on an individual basis. The centre is staffed
with psychologists, speech therapy specialists, special teachers;
- medical service: regular medical examination, preventative disease
measures, dental services and massage. On staff we have a
pediatrician, dentist, orthopedist and dietitian;
- 4 meals a day, diet food is available;
- modern equipment in classrooms and laboratories,
a well-stocked library, a sports complex with a tennis
court, a fitness centre and swimming-pool;
- small classes - less than 10 children.
The school operates from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.,
half-board, with a home-to-school minibus service.
School provides the students with the opportunity to attend different
extracurricular clubs.
